Facilities

Our five plants work continuously to serve customers throughout western New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Ontario, Canada:

Buffalo Specialty Products facility - offers contract packaging and contract manufacturing services, allowing you to outsource the responsibilities of packaging and shipping your products. This facility also warehouses a full complement of packaging supplies, foam packaging products, and stock boxes.

Cleveland production plant - a sheet plant with a large 72" x 160" two-color press, two flexo presses, two rotary die cutters, two folder gluers, and a variety of other joining equipment.

Falconer production plant - a sheet plant with three-color flexo capabilities, two labelers, and a cutting die department with flatbed and rotary equipment. This plant also houses the corporation's certified testing lab (ISTA, UN and DOT).

Rochester production plant - a large sheet plant that contains two three-color Hy-Corr rotary die cutters, converts honeycomb material, provides hand assembly and bundle pick and pack, and plastic corrugated for returnable and/or reusable needs.

Niagara Sheets, LLC - Opened June, 2008. A state-of-the-art corrugated sheet feeder facility manufacturing corrugated sheets up to 110" that are used to manufacture boxes, shipping containers, and a wide variety of other packaging products. Niagara Sheets is a joint venture with Jamestown Container Companies, Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, and Norampac Industries, Inc.
