We deploy a cloud-based conversational platform designed to assist users with navigating the Site and learning more about our services. We may collect, use, and retain chat transcripts pursuant to this Privacy Policy. Please note that the platform vendor does not own, control, or direct the use of any of the data stored or processed through the use of the platform. The platform vendor is not entitled to access or retrieve any data.

We may use the information collected through the Site or these third parties to market our products and services to you.


The Personal Information collected may be used to fulfill the requested need or service, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and improve the user experience and content of our Site. We may also use this information to contact you for a variety of reasons such as customer service purposes and/or to provide you with promotional information about our products and services that may be of interest to you.
